workin on somethin for pixel day... i kinda struggled getting the motivation for it especially since its my biggest most complex piece yet, but im gonna try my darndest to get this thing done and uploaded on pixel day.

heres what ive got so far. ignore the weird pixel size on the dude in front i scaled him up a bit lol. also i did cut out a full guy from this art in order to size it down a bit. toughest thing so far has been the lighting, cuz im not great with lighting yet. also i think this is my first piece of art that i'll be uploading that ive used my new drawing tablet with!! (thanks @TomFulp!!)

also, heres the two previous versions that i showed off!!

version 1, basic line art

and version 2, basically just a colored version of the line art with some altercations

so yeah hopefully i can get this done and uploaded on pixel day!! tryna shoot for top 3 but damn do i have some GOOD competition haha. i see you fellows with your super clean beautiful pixel art... :P

oh, also one more thing! 7 heads made by me will be featured in the upcoming wanted! collab!! @sebulant will be uploading it on pixel day, so look out for that!! you'll be able to find my heads in the gallery section ingame :P (i also have done some beta testing for it :P)

Heya, its me, babydash65 / local fungus / zin1x. I've been working on a game for a while now, but the programming side is very lacking. Which is why I need help. Mainly, I'm looking for a programmer who is good at following what I need for my game, as I already have a lot of it designed (Though, as always, things can change). Now, why should you program for me, may you ask? Well, because this game I'm cooking up will make NG history!!! I fully intend on making a 4-8 hour long metroidvania experience playable within browsers, with a pretty heavy story and deep lore to boot. Now, i shall provide a rundown of the ideas I have for the game, trying to minimize spoilers the best I can.

• Interesting and unique gameplay
• Unique movement systems
• Deep story
• Rich lore with interesting characters
• Unique combat system focused around status effects
• High difficulty
• Difficult bullet hell-like bossfights based off of the Calamity Infernum Mod for Terraria
• Surreal worlds inspired by Yume Nikki

honestly its really refreshing actually putting time into a piece of art and posting it and NOT getting drowned in the sea of posts from people with millions more followers than you. they say the internet is dead but homies aint visiting the smaller, more cool epic internet sites like newgrounds,,..,,.

oh also, i am still working on my epic not so secret game... rn all i have is a super basic build with movement, shooting, and a half-working special attack. im going thru college rn for computer science 2 hopefully learn a lot better how to program so that i can make this epic game. im planning on releasing it here on newgrounds for free, and its gonna be a relatively full experience (im shooting for about 4-6 hours maybe). ofc things are subject to change (except for it being free), so know that the teasers and stuff i put out might not be 100% accurate to the final product!!!! hopefully i'll be able to get it done by the time im done with college lol.

BUT i will now be uploading art here which will be cool and stuff IDK.
